Foreword:

Greetings! We are China Christian Daily, the first comprehensive English Christian news website about the church in China.

Since the COVID-19 outbreak in China in late January, all religious venues, including the churches, have been ordered to be closed due to possible mass infections. Forced to gather online, Christians have to adpat to the "online church" during the virus crisis. Technology poses a problem for many people, while there are also moving stories of God’s amazing grace. By visiting senior members who have difficulty in using WeChat, a church was amazed to see some of these lost sheep return to the church. When the epicenter Wuhan was in lockdown, a local Christian couple experienced ups and downs during their months' long stay in Shandong and before eventually returning to their hometown.

You can also read trending news as well as features about the topic on what answers Christianity can give under the pandemic and Yanjing Theological Seminary.
